South Asian Americans Together for Washington (SAATWA) is a 501(c)(4) established to promote civic engagement, education, and representation amongst the South Asian American community in Washington State. It was founded in 2018 by a varied and diverse group of community members who seek to ensure that the voices of the South Asian community are heard and amplified in local, county, and state politics.

SAATWA's partners with the India Association of Western Washington, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a common identity to the Indian community and facilitate cultural, social and educational services and opportunities for cultural integration from young to old of the community; as well as to foster those activities that enhance mutual understanding and appreciation between the Indo-American community and mainstream American community.

SAATWA was initially founded by Ankit Patel, Aseem Chipalkatti, Bipasha Mukherjee, K. Jennifer Johal, Lalita Uppala, Ronak Patel, Shireen Nori, and Sriram Rajagopalan.
